Need help with Transcript Forge? This page covers the most common setup, license, and transcript issues.

Transcript is unavailable

Transcript Forge can only export captions or transcript tracks that are available for the current YouTube video. Some videos have captions disabled, restricted, or unavailable.

PDF export

Use the PDF button to open the clean print view, then choose Save as PDF from your browser's print dialog.

Pro license activation

After purchasing Pro, copy the license key from your Lemon Squeezy receipt into the Plan tab in the extension. Each license supports up to three activations.

Billing and refunds

Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy through the checkout and purchase receipt flow.
